I’m thrilled to announce that we’ll be hosting a house concert featuring our friends Steve Lawson & his lovely wife Lobelia at our home on May 31, 2010.
Steve is a solo bass player. Never heard of solo bass? You’re in for a treat. Lobelia’s ethereal voice blends and compliments Steve’s playing- it’s something I promise you’ve never experienced and will probably never forget!
These house concerts are one of the ways Steve and Lobelia support themselves (and their adorable new son!) through their music. We’re not selling tickets but the suggested donation is $20, and that includes snacks and drinks! (Food and drink donations welcome, of course .)
We invite all our friends to join us! Please shoot me an email to annieboccio@gmail.com or RSVP to the Facebook event page for more information (location, directions, time…)
