Have an awesome time. Also - I am a conference veteran AND a veteran seeker of the Holy Grail of Bags. If you are going out on the floor with your laptop and you will be fairly mobile, you need a roller bag. Target has a nice Eddie Bauer mode that is really roomy - tons of room for neat little zipper bags fully of plugs and wires. However, if the hotel room has a safe where you can lock up your laptop, then all you need at the conference is a a Baggallini-type bag - something with lots of slots and compartments. I have the City Bagg, which has TONS of compartments that make me very happy!
