It’s been a year since I started this blog. Twelve months is a long time for me to go without a theme change! So I spent the weekend and any free time I’ve had over the past few days putting together a new one.
I couldn’t part with the banana trash can photo, though, so that stayed, and even grew a little bigger. I added lots of room for widgets.
It’s not a clean airy theme, but for this site my goal was to have room for all kinds of goodies. I’ll save clean and airy for another project! I stretched my boundaries a little, used it as a chance to delve into parts of WordPress I haven’t had a chance to play around with before. I do this for fun, that’s why I started doing it for business!.
Got rid of the Google Adsense block. Never made a penny from them. Well, maybe a penny, but they won’t write me a check that small.
If anything looks or acts weird (particularly if you’re using Internet Explorer 7) please let me know, I only gave it a quick test on IE7. If you use IE6- I’m so sorry. Have you considered upgrading?
Now that I’ve got a new theme, hopefully I’ll add content more often!

Annie, It looks Great!! I love it
Looks great!
Looks great–especially with my very own name over there in the sidebar! (And yes, I had seen it in the old theme as well, but never mentioned it).
This theme is great! Works well for your personality and your content delivery. I’ve been struggling for months to find a theme that fits what I want to “present” in my blog. I want room for widgets, too, but do not want to clutter the main message delivery. I really like this layout that you have chosen.
