That is one of my BIGGEST pet peeves! I watched a guy put his cart up against the cart return, evidently it was too far to walk to go around it and put it actually IN the cart return! Grrrr! My kids will even scold their friends if they try to leave a cart in the parking lot…I’ve trained them well!
