Bucket List!

243299688_c9354a062d_m.jpgI was tagged by Cathleen Rittereiser (the Queen and Head Honcho of the GND, or Getting Nothing Done, movement) to create my Bucket List, a meme started by the fascinating Jeff Pulver. If I had limited time left in this world, what would I do? More directly, what are some things I’ve been meaning to do that I’ll finally get around to in 2008?

I’ve been sitting on this post for a week now. Not sure why! Maybe it’s because I purposely chose to NOT set goals this year, at least not specific ones. But, let’s give it a go:

  1. Turn more of my new online acquaintances into friends.
  2. Do something crazy fun while on vacation in North Carolina- jet skiing? Hang gliding?
  3. Get over my fears of failure and success!
  4. Design a premium-quality WordPress theme and release it for free.
  5. Schedule my days better, then stick with that schedule, turning off all distractions (I’ve stepped away from this post 3 times already…)
  6. Travel somewhere amazing with Pat.
  7. Take Pixel Currents as far as I can, but also find a fantastic job that will take me even further.
  8. Attend at least three conferences, starting with PodCamp NYC in April.

That’s plenty, right? Guess I must tag a few people, so I’m tagging Bluegrass Mama, Fat Man Trying, Lisa, Wicked Stepmom, & Hooeyspewer!

I’ve put this on my “to do” list, but I tend to shy away from long-term lists. We’ll see how it goes!
